Richard M. Gulbrandsen

Richard Gulbrandsen has been practicing law for more than 20 years. His practice is focused on personal injury law, including motor vehicle accidents and wrongful death claims.

Rich graduated from Brigham Young University in 1979 with a bachelor’s degree in accounting. In 1982, he received his law degree from Arizona State University and was admitted to the Arizona State Bar.

Rich is a former president and current member of the Arizona Trial Lawyers Association, a member of the American Trial Lawyer's Association, and a member of the East Valley and Maricopa County Bar Associations.

Steve H. Patience

For more than two decades, Steve Patience’s legal practice has focused exclusively on personal injury claims. His specialties include motor vehicle accidents, dangerous products, and insurance claims.

Steve received his bachelor’s degree from Brigham Young University in 1978, and his law degree from the University of Arizona in 1983.

Steve is the current president of the Arizona Trial Lawyers Association, former president of the East Valley Bar Association, and a former chair of the East Valley Trial Lawyers Association.  He is also a member of the American Bar Association, the Association of Trial Lawyers of America, and the Million Dollar Advocates Forum.

Michael J. Skousen

Michael Skousen is a personal injury attorney with over 18 years of experience. His practice is focused on personal injury law, including motor vehicle accidents and wrongful death claims.

He received his bachelor’s degree from Brigham Young University, and his law degree from the California Western School of Law.

Mike has been admitted to the Arizona bar, as well as to the U.S. District Court, District of Arizona. He’s a current member of the East Valley and Maricopa County Bar Associations, the Arizona Trial Lawyers Association, and the Association of Trial Lawyers of America.

John 'Jack' Skousen

For more than a decade, Jack Skousen’s practice has focused on personal injury law, including motor vehicle accidents and civil litigation claims.

He received his bachelor’s degree from Brigham Young University. Before going to the California Western School of Law, Jack moved to Washington, D.C. where he worked for Senator John McCain.

Jack is a current member of the Arizona Trial Lawyers Association and the Association of Trial Lawyers of America.

Ja Nelle J. Jenkins

As an associate at Skousen, Gulbrandsen & Patience, PLC, Ja Nelle Jenkins assists the partners in personal injury law and wrongful death litigation.

She received her bachelor’s degree in political science from Spelman College, and her law degree from Howard University.

Ja Nelle is a board member of the Hayzel B. Daniels Bar Association, and a member of the Arizona Women’s Lawyers Association, the Maricopa County Bar Association, and the Historically Black Colleges & Universities, Arizona Chapter. She was also appointed to the program committee for the Arizona Minority Bar Convention.
